Business Intelligence Implementer

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Implementor to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organizational software applications and business integrations.

This role collaborates with Business Stakeholders, Business Leaders, and subject matter experts to design, develop and support Business Intelligence information (reports, dashboards, self-service apps).

The Business Intelligence Implementer will gather requirements, perform analysis and translate business reporting requirements to BI Report technical specifications. Additionally, the BI Implementor role will design, build and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards using a variety of front end visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SSRS, Excel).

To be successful in this role, candidate must be able to play multiple roles including architect, report developer, metadata modeler, SQL programmer, and end user trainer/mentor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications

National Sales Manager

The primary purpose of the National Sales Manager is to achieve their overall revenue goal. Inside Sales Manager

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will work with your assigned sales team to drive revenue. The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Executive is to build and manage a pipeline of software license and service opportunities, incremental revenue by systematic upselling and cross-selling aligned with sales executives. Business Intelligence Lead

The BI Lead is responsible for assisting in the ongoing management and expansion of a multi-channel measurement and client analysis projects and participating in the expansion of the Business Intelligence practice capabilities.

Sales Engineer

Responsible for assisting sales consultants throughout the sales cycle. Activities will include participation on sales calls, leading discovery sessions, and contributing to the research and analysis required for sales follow-up. Solution development and architecture will be lead by the pre-sales consultant through the sales process.

  • Maintain technical familiarity with related technologies

  • Authoring responsibility for technical sections of sales presentations and proposals
  • Provide a liaison between the sales consultants and Professional Services
  • Provide a liaison between the sales consultants and development

Skills Requirements:

  • Applications systems background to include fundamentals of application development (including mainframe exposure)
  • Ability to actively participate in discovery process
  • Analytical procedures for problem identification
  • Broad solutions development experience to include migration and application development techniques and high level architectural design
  • Executive and technical presentation skills (preparation and delivery)
  • Technical proposal writing
  • Solutions selling orientation
  • High energy and self-directed

Technical Skills

Familiar with, but does require in-depth technical skills in any of the following: 

  • Familiarity with mainframes (IBM particularly)
  • UNIX, Windows, LINUX
  • COBOL, J2EE, .Net, Java
  • Databases (Oracle, SQL/Server etc.)
  • Communications
